Comm215: Constructing Gender 2021: Reference

Using Reference Books

Our reference collection (both online and in print on the first floor) is an excellent place to start your research on any topic. These materials will provide an overview, helping you understand the issues, and may provide a reference list of key sources you might wish to pursue.

Keep in mind:

  • Reference books may not be checked out (to ensure they are available for all to use).
  • You may scan/copy entries from reference books in the library.
  • Many of these books are available full text online in a library database; simply click on the title link to get to the book.
